How some people can be superior than the others? Do we have the capabilities to achieve this trait?

Leo is a mechanic. He repairs cars and services them. His customers need Leo’s skills in order to have a safe and comfortable travel. Leo on the other hand need his customer’s money to make a living. He needs to provide his family with foods, clothes and a shelter they call home. Leo does not have to grow his food or sew his clothes. Everything can be found in a supermarket. Just pay the cashier and he will get whatever he wants. This is what we call as specialization.

Specialization makes a work becomes more efficient and productive. Leo has education background in mechanics. However, by repairing and servicing cars for a long time, he gains more knowledge about his area and capable to do his job perfectly in a faster rate. If everyone gives the best in everything they do by specializing in a certain area, advancing in science and technology will not be so difficult to achieve.

People usually specializing in certain area after they finish school, graduated from college or get a PhD. They gain sufficient knowledge to start their working field. They become success in their job and live a good life. However, some people start their specialization earlier than that and become a legend in their field.

Martina Hingis learnt tennis when she was two years old. She got a match in tournament when she was four. She became the youngest player to win a Grand Slam junior title at the French Open in 1993 when she was only 12 years old. She became a legend in tennis when she was the undisputed World No. 1 women’s tennis player in 1997.

Garry Kasparov Kasparov attended the Young Pioneer Palace to study chess when he was 7 years old. He won the Soviet Junior Championship in Tbilisi in 1976 at age 13. In 1978 when he was 15, he qualified for the Soviet Chess Championship, the youngest ever player at that level. Kasparov became a legend when he became the youngest ever undisputed World Chess Champion in 1985 and held that title until 1993.
