1. THOSE YOU ARE LOOKING UP TO;
they are otherwise called your MENTORS. Mentors are people that paint the picture of your future. Whatever you want to become, they have been there therefore it is imperative for you to learn from them. ‘To be without a mentor is to be without a future’ because your mentors predict and set the pace for your future. When you don’t have a mentor, you cannot set a standard for yourself. Mentors give you a leap to help you see further than where they are.
2. THOSE THAT ARE LOOKING UP TO YOU;
they are called your PROTEGEES. Whether you like it or not, you must be aware that there are people that are looking up to you. They celebrate you. They want to learn from you because they see you as a role model. Your protégées admire you, they respect you, they celebrate you and they promote you. Therefore, you must keep setting positive standards for them teach them and mentor them. In addition, your protégées promote you. Therefore, you must learn to nurture and value them.
3. THOSE THAT ARE LOOKING FOR YOU;
they are rightly called your DESTINY HELPERS; If there is any other right word to use for them. Their duty is to support you and your dreams. The major factor we most of us have is that we have not found our destiny helpers. Apart from monetary support, they also render legitimate service to you. They stay with you all the way even when things are tough, destiny helpers don’t back out. The only task you have to do is to find them. They could be around you without you knowing. Destiny helpers have been designed to run with your vision. They believe so much in you even when nobody does. Your primary duty is to identify them and value them.
4. THOSE THAT ARE LOOKING DOWN ON YOU; they are also called CRITICS AND DREAM KILLERS. These set of people do not see anything good in you. They do not wish to see you succeed. They can try to bring you down at all cost. They are never comfortable with your success. They try to bring you down whenever you make an attempt to bring your head up. They try to mislead you into making the wrong decision so as to bring you down at all cost. They devise schemes and mischievous plans to frustrate you. This set of people has led to the down fall of so many great men. They can be very close to you also, but your insensitivity to them can lead you to your captivity from them. You must be able to spot them quickly before it’s too late. The best way to deal with dream killers and critics is to ignore them. The point is that they will always be around you. Some might be very close to you. You might not be able to send them away but you can learn to ignore them and their schemes.
